Anson Analytics (“AA”) is an SEC registered investment adviser located in Atlanta, Georgia. This Site is published in the United States for residents of the United States. AA is not soliciting business in international jurisdictions where it is not registered.

Terms & Conditions

AA and its representatives are in compliance with the current registration and/or notice filing requirements imposed upon SEC-registered advisers by those states in which AA maintains clients. AA may only transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration requirements. AA’s web site is limited to the dissemination of general information pertaining to its advisory services, together with access to additional investment-related information, publications, and links. Accordingly, the publication of AA’s web site on the Internet should not be construed by any consumer and/or prospective client as AA’s solicitation to effect, or attempt to effect transactions in securities, or the rendering of personalized investment advice for compensation, over the Internet. The AA Website is limited to the dissemination of general information pertaining to its investment advisory and financial planning services. Any subsequent, direct communication by AA with a prospective client shall be conducted by a representative that is either registered or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration in the state where the prospective client resides. A copy of AA’s current written disclosure Brochure discussing AA’s business operations, services, and fees is available from AA upon written request. AA does not render or offer to render personalized investment advice or financial planning advice through our Web site. AA’s specific advice is given only within the context of our contractual agreements with each client. Advice may only be rendered after delivery of Form ADV Part 2A, the execution of an investment management agreement and/or financial planning agreement by the client and the advisor.

Our Site is provided to you without charge as a convenience and for your information only. By merely providing access to our Site content, we do not warrant or represent that:

Each client and prospective client agrees, as a condition precedent to his/her/its access to AA’s web site, to release and hold harmless AA, its officers, directors, owners, employees and agents from any and all adverse consequences resulting from any of his/her/its actions and/or omissions which are independent of his/her/its receipt of personalized individual advice from AA.

Key Definitions and Trademark Information

Retention Rate is calculated by Anson Analytics using the past five full calendar years of client data rounded to the nearest whole percentage point and updated annually aligned with the March 31 Form ADV filing. This retention rate data should not be construed as a past or current endorsement of Anson Analytics by its clients or a guarantee of the results that a new client will receive.

Client Stories are shared for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to imply an all-inclusive inventory of: 1) recommendations made by Anson Analytics to its clients; nor 2) success stories facilitated by Anson Analytics. Rather, the examples represent samples we believe will assist a prospective client in making an informed decision. Further, not all clients will necessarily receive the same advice or level of service as those outlined, as AA provides customized services based upon the nature of each client’s needs.

Limitations Of Rankings and/or Recognitions: Neither rankings and/or recognitions by unaffiliated rating services, publications, media, or other organizations, nor the achievement of any designation, certification, or license should be construed by a client or prospective client as a guarantee that he/she will experience a certain level of results if Anson Analytics is engaged, or continues to be engaged, to provide investment advisory services. Rankings published by magazines, and others, generally base their selections exclusively on information prepared and/or submitted by the recognized adviser. Rankings are generally limited to participating advisers (see link as to participation data/criteria, to the extent applicable). Unless expressly indicated to the contrary, Anson Analytics did not pay a fee to be included on any such ranking. No ranking or recognition should be construed as a current or past endorsement of Anson Analytics by any of its clients.
